Throughout my corporate media sales career, I have enjoyed immensely being the relied upon advisor, trusted mentor and strategic coach.  It has been a priority to connect in meaningful ways with those with whom I interact and this has played a significant role in my success. Helping others grow both personally and professionally is always my objective. My passion is to help others be better versions of themselves. I utilize intuition, empathy, insight and humor to effectively build trusting relationships and bring positive outcomes for all stakeholders, especially during challenging periods of transition and change.  My 25+ years of corporate sales leadership experience have provided me with invaluable tools that are paramount to my success as a consultant and coach connecting and working with a diverse client population both individuals and organizations.  

As a coach, I draw upon my sensibilities and passion as a team leader with professional coaching expertise to serve both individuals and organizational clients. I am an iPEC trained Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), member of the International Coaching Federation, and peer advisory Master Facilitator. Utilizing appropriate tools and resources, I empower clients to:

• Clarify direction, purpose, and values

• Affirm strengths and identify areas for personal growth

• Remove internal and external blocks

• Set intentions and goals to move forward both personally and professionally and create action plans to achieve chosen outcomes

I have an MBA degree from the NYU Stern School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Union College graduating Magna Cum Laude.

I live in the New York City suburb of White Plains with my wife and daughter. When I am not competing on the tennis court, I treasure spending quality time with our 14 yr. old cockapoo named Lulu and bringing laughter to friends and family.
